Speaker: Pastor Keith Jenkins
Theme: The power of vision

We put a demand on the Holy Spirit because we are hungry. Go back and review the word. We are sat in the vision of the visionary of this church. In this next season it is your vision but you are not disobedient to the heavenly vision.

Mount Zion's Missions Inc Barbados Foursquare Church Annual Convention Monday night Helen Keller was an American author, political activist, and lecturer. She was the first deaf-blind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree.

In Helen ’s testimony of how she through off limitations, when interviewed she was asked what was worse than being blind, said The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision

This is an interesting quote from a blind person about the difference between having sight, and having vision.

Mount Zion's Missions Inc Barbados Foursquare Church Annual Convention Monday night Sight is a function of the eyes, and allows us to see. This is something a blind person doesn’t have, but the rest of us have. While she thinks it’s bad, it could be worse.

Vision, on the other hand, is in the mind or the mind’s eye. It is a proactive portion of our imagination, and helps us plan and think about our ideas.

The quote states that while she is not happy with being unable to see, she feels it is better than being able to see, but not being able to imagine, to plan, to think beyond our meager existence.

If you get a Revelation and a vision you need to monitor who you share it with. ‘What do you see?’

1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
2 And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Mount Zion's Missions Inc Barbados Foursquare Church Annual Convention Monday morning Sound of the trumpet 2019 How to get a vision
Get to a sacred inclosure alone with God. Jeremiah tells us God has a plan for us.

God will give you a sneak preview of the vision.

Write it down, so when you are discouraged you can read it and be encouraged. The devil is after your vision. So reference back before discouragement came. Make sure you make notes so you can help to retain it.

For the vision is yet for an appointed time. You thought it was a drive through microwave vision but it is for an appointed time. The next season. but our lives will have the vision of your own. as long as it came from God then it will complete the vision of the house .
Mount Zion's Missions Inc Barbados Foursquare Church Annual Convention Monday morning Sound of the trumpet 2019 Appointed time: Ecc 3 the revelation or conception and manifestation. Even when we might be in bondage the Lord will give a vision that will work the sin out of your life.

Children should be given a heavenly vision so they would be so compelling that they will be constrained to walk upright.

Though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. It’s a sure word but it is a seasonal vision. Abraham and Sarah hatched a plan and look at where it has got us today but we need to wait on God.

Prepare yourself for the vision. your capacity will be in your mentality not only in your finances. it is God vision not ours. God does not sow his vision in our intellect but in our hearts.

"having sight and no vision is worse than than having no vision " Helen Keller.
