There is at present a prevailing darkness across the earth. This prevailing darkness can be found in every aspect of life. It is found in politics, it is found in the school, in the workplace, in homes among families, at church, in the communities and wherever we go there seems to be this prevailing cloud of darkness and dismay.

Additionally we are dealing with the rise of an aggressive “new atheism” the rise of an aggressive “new humanism”, the rise of the acceptance of all this is “bad”, perpetrated as “good” and new aggressive “activists groups”, but this darkness does not faze God. In fact in the beginning of creation there was no life, just darkness prevailing on the earth and God spoke to the darkness and said, “Let there be light, and there was light. Ever since this declaration by God He has continued to speak to any prevailing darkness or negativity in the earth.

Mankind has been from time immemorial questioning the existence of God and in most recent times like with the humanist has been declaring that there is no God and consequently no need for God.

Isaiah 60 clearly speaks to this darkness prevailing in the earth, and it emphasizes that gross darkness will cover the people but the hope of mankind is not shaken and will never be taken, because God has promised that right smack in the middle of the darkness and the gross darkness that his light will shine upon His people, who are His people?

Those people who he has died for and whom he has redeemed, and whom he has made joint heirs with Him in His Kingdom. So despite the chaos in the world, God is still speaking as he did in the beginning, but at this time he is speaking through his Kingdom citizens and rulers. God's kingdom is still established in the earth as his Kingdom rulers, rule under His empowerment. For sure it's the appointed time for Kingdom rule and Kingdom rulers to arise ad be heard speaking and declaring the mind of God, the purpose of God and the will of God in the earth. These kingdom rulers should still be declaring, “Thy Kingdom come, O Lord, thy will, be done in the earth.”

First there are some points that I must emphasize, because it is the appointed time for Kingdom rule and kingdom rulers, we must first of all recognize and declare that:

•  The kingdom of God is here among us.

We must also recognize that in order for the Kingdom of God to be established in the earth.

•  We must recognize that the strong man must be dethroned.

In order to establish the kingdom of God on the earth we must

•  Determine whose God is the Lord.

As we continue to establish God's Kingdom in the earth

•  We must let the kingdom of God be establish in our hearts

Not only must we allow him to be in our hearts but,

•  We must let the king rule in our affairs.

As the king rule in our lives,

•  We must set up altars unto God wherever we may go.

It is also very vital to remember that,

•  Where there is a kingdom there is a King.

Not only is there a king but the great news is that

•  We are joint heirs and rulers with God.

•  We speak only the words of the King; this is God's manifesto.

•  We must be concerned with only the King and the Kingdom's business.

•  We speak only on behalf of God and His Kingdom.

•  We must maintain connection and contact with the King and with the Kingdom.

•  We must only carry out the mandate and the manifesto of the Kingdom.

4. God's government and kingdoms must be established in the earth-

Dan 7:14

•  Rule - is to have dominion over a realm, is a realm of a ruler, it speaks of government and the power to rule.

•  Dominion: is to govern, to thread down, to prevail against, to reign, and to make to rule.

•  Ruler - is to have dominion, to rule, to be a governor, to reign, to have rule over and to have power.

•  FIRST THE STRONG MAN MUST BE DETHRONED. Matthew 11:12

1 . Goliath must be destroyed - 1 Samuel 17:34-37

2 . Are there any David's in the house?

3. There are more with us than with them - 2 Kings 6:15-18

•  DETERMINE WHOSE GOD IS THE LORD - 1 KINGS 18:21;36-40

•  The God that answers by fire, He is God - 2 Kings 18:24-38

•  Annihilate every other false god operating among us - 2 Kings 18:40

•  The Lord He is God. - 2 Kings 18:36-40

•  LET THE KINGDOM OF GOD BE ESTABLISHED IN YOUR HEARTS

When the Holy Spirit comes into our hearts and into our lives as well, that is the key element of the kingdom of God coming into our lives.

We are citizens of a new order, the order of the kingdom of God on the earth and the Kingdom of God to come. We can and will win every battle in the power of the Holy Spirit who lives within us.

•  LET THE KING RULE IN YOUR AFFAIRS - Proverbs 3:5-7

•  In all thy ways acknowledge him - Proverbs -3:5-7

•  He wants to live and dwell among us as the King of the Kingdom - Ezekiel 37:27

•  SET UP ALTARS UNTO YOUR GOD, WHEREEVER YOU MAY GO.

•  These altars are portals before God.

Each time after God made promises, an altar is put in place, an altar is a house of worship where people can honor God with offerings, and it is also a place where people honor God everywhere you go. An altar is God's table

•  Noah was the first person to build an altar to God - Gen 8:20

•  God promised Noah he would never flood the earth again.

•  When God met Abraham he set up and altar - Gen: 12:7-9

•  God promised Abraham that he would bless the Israelites through him.

7. WHERE THERE IS A KINGDOM THERE MUST HE A KING.

•  1. He was born King - Matthew 2:2

By position God was, is and will continue to be, the ruler of all rulers; for He created everything and gave dominion to rulers, He is King of Kings and Lord of Lord- Rev. 19:13-16.

2. He is the ultimate ruler - Isaiah 9:6-7

3. His Kingdom cannot be destroyed -- Daniel 7:13-14

4. He is the only sovereign one - 1 Tim. 6:13-15

8. WE ARE JOINT HEIRS AND RULERS WITH GOD - Galatians 4:1-7

1. Start acting like who you are - a ruler

2. Start thinking like who you are - a ruler

3. Start speaking like who you are - a ruler

•  We are fellow heirs with Christ - Romans 8:17

•  The Spirit of God bears witness to this fact - Romans 8:6-17

•  We have an inheritance kept for us - 1 Peter 1:3-5 

CONCLUSION:

Having seen all of the important aspects of the King, of His Kingdom and of His Kingdom rulers let us stand in the mirror and ask ourselves, am I ready to rule with King Jesus in His Kingdom on earth and in His Kingdom to come, am I prepared to declare that Jesus is God, King and governor of my life and of His Kingdom, am I prepared to bind every strong man in my life and in my country, spoiling his goods and declaring that Jesus is God over all and His kingdom cannot be destroyed?

Let us all look inward and let us rise up in the power and strength of this King and let us put off all hindrances and burdens from our lives; let us lift King Jesus higher as the only King, Saviour and Lord in the Kingdom and in the Nation.
