Apostle Dr Lucille Baird
Speaker: Apostle Dr. Lucille Baird
Theme: Wanted nursing mothers
Text: Exodus 2:1-10

There are nursing mothers and those that nurse children that are not their own.

Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.

Exodus 2: 1-10
1 Now a man of the tribe of Levi married a Levite woman, 2 and she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. When she saw that he was a fine child, she hid him for three months. 3 But when she could hide him no longer, she got a papyrus basket[a] for him and coated it with tar and pitch. Then she placed the child in it and put it among the reeds along the bank of the Nile. 4 His sister stood at a distance to see what would happen to him.
5 Then Pharaoh’s daughter went down to the Nile to bathe, and her attendants were walking along the riverbank. She saw the basket among the reeds and sent her female slave to get it. 6 She opened it and saw the baby. He was crying, and she felt sorry for him. “This is one of the Hebrew babies,” she said.
7 Then his sister asked Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and get one of the Hebrew women to nurse the baby for you?”
8 “Yes, go,” she answered. So the girl went and got the baby’s mother. 9 Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this baby and nurse him for me, and I will pay you.” So the woman took the baby and nursed him. 10 When the child grew older, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter and he became her son. She named him Moses, saying, “I drew him out of the water.”

It takes a whole village to raise a child, the reason we have so many delinquent children is because the village has stopped raising the children and mothers that are not capable are raising them on their own. We have children having children, unable to nurse the child they are dragging them up, not raising them and guiding them.

They are not nursing them into their purpose and destiny.

There are several type of nurses that are skilled to nurse and nurture the children.

The Medical and Surgical nurse work on the words, they provide care and document treatment

The Critical care nurse, we need these in the church, the children need critical care, we need Critical care nurses to watch all night and administer care to save their lives. Our young people are in a life threatening situation as they are exposed to this culture of rude, crude, vulgar profanities.

The Post Anesthesia nurses is vital for the survival of the surgical patient. We need nurses that have after care, these children need anesthesia nursing mothers that can pray them through and clear their airways from the blockages they have collected out in the world. Stifling them and stopping them from breathing well.

The NICU and PICU nurses care for new born babies and children.

The Oncology nurse cares for the children with cancer. Our children are dying from the toxins they receive in the world. Cancer that drives them into the drugs, the drinks, the dance houses causing cancer in our youth.

The Neuro nurse, who nurses children that have trauma to the spine. We have many children that are afraid of tomorrow, they don’t believe in God, we need Neuro nurses to help them

The Midwife, she stands with the mother, and nurses them through the child’s birth

Moses mother had said when you see the Israelite mothers giving birth destroy the male child. The spirit of Pharaoh is still alive, he is trying to take our sons. Over 50 killed last year alone in Barbados.

We need midwives who will push. Pray Until Something Happens.

The pain management nurse, there is so much pain in the earth today. There is so much pain in the earth today, following Covid 19 there is great pain and fear. We need pain management nurses to sooth their pain.

The Rheumatology nurse they nurse those that have inflammation of the joints and they analyze the blood and adjust the care.

We need nurses in the church, nursing mothers that can take the children and nurse them into their destiny.

Moses had many mothers in his life:
1. Moses’ mother looked at him and saw potential in him. She hid him for three months. We have to hide our children, we allow them to go anywhere, and do anything. We release them to all sorts of things that are not good for them. We must hide our children from the crocodiles of the Nile. We must make a basket for our children, Moses mother was strategic, she placed him where the Princess could see him. Position your children in the right place. The baby needed her for food and nutrients he needed a nursing mother. He needed his mother milk, breast milk is the best thing for his good health. Your Spiritual breast milk is created as you spend time in prayer and worship, time with God to nurture your child. Moses’ mother had vision, she was practical she prepared for her child.

2 . Moses’ sister. We need sister mothers, she was standing in the right place and was prepared to stay there until the Princess came and Moses’ destiny was secured.
Once the Princess had seen Moses then his sister asked Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and get one of the Hebrew women to nurse the baby for you?”
Yes, go,” she answered. So the girl went and got the baby’s mother. 9 Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this baby and nurse him for me, and I will pay you.” So the woman took the baby and nursed him. She could not nurse but Moses’ sister knew where the nursing mother was.

3. The handmaid, Pharaoh’s daughter sent her female slave to get it. She opened the basket and saw the baby. He was crying, and she felt sorry for him.

We are lactating mothers, we have the milk of the Word to a thirsty starving world. Forgive us for not hiding the children of the community, forgive us for not nursing the children of our community. The church must nurse these children, the children that have gone down the wrong road. Forgive us for not nursing them, raising them up, the church is called to nurse, how many more children must die before you start to give the milk of the Word.

God has made mothers so unique as soon as a baby is born milk is produced. Wanted nursing mothers. Help us Lord.

Moses’ mother was strategic, as she nursed him he grew. He increased, he had the potential to be a great man because he had a nursing mother. When the child grew older, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter and he became her son. Pharaoh’s daughter knew she could never nurse the baby, she did not have the milk. She had to find a nursing mother.

Our children are dying from a lack of nursing mothers.
