Speaker: Apostle Lucille Baird Text: Ecclesiastes 10:8 Theme: Don’t break the hedge and don’t dig pits. God is a God of structure and order Jesus is the hedge and cover of the church The pastor/ leader is the cover in the church. Don’t speak when you are not under the covering or you will be bitten by the serpent. The covering give you the authority. As there is order in the secular world how mush more is there to be in God’s house the church. Don’t break the hedge and dig a pit. The same pit you dig you will fall into it. Job 10:1-10 There is an anointing that is particular for a house and will only be for that house and its inhabitants. The anointing is placed on its leader and Pastor. We are hedge in with the Holy Ghost. God is a covenant keeping God and assigns angels to those who are in covenant with him. He assigns the anointing and blessings to the house where you are planted, and it’s only there that you will flourish and grow. Follow God. Don’t break the hedge. The devil come to kill to steel and destroy and he can only do that if you break the hedge. Stay covered. Stay where your planted. Break: To breach,to scatter, to break away, to burst out, to use violence Shall fall: Violent death, to fall away, to perish, to throw down , to fall in the hands of, to waste away. Don’t break the hedge and don’t dig a pit!! All that glitters isn’t gold if you break the hedge you will be bitten by the serpent Numbers 16: 1-33 Don’t get taken. Don’t be part of the crowd that go against the leader or visionary of the house. You will be breaking the hedge, and the serpent will get you. You must be careful with whom you follow. Don’t go against the person that carries the anointing that covers you life. You are the beneficiaries of the anointing on your leaders life. Don’t break you hedge. Don’t dig a pit for you and your family. Stay under the anointing SERMON NOTES: Past Messages September 2nd 2018 September 9th 2018 September 16th 2018 Back to Message Index |
