Speaker: Apostle Dr Lucille Baird Theme: The Waiting Season Part 3 Text:Isaiah 60 As Apostle sat back and listened to the journey of MZM over the last 25 years from Sunday School to Sanctuary, she acknowledged that MZM may not be the largest in congregation but it is has the largest voice on the island. When we speak we get a response, we have connections in the highest levels, we prophesied the Governor General into her position.

We come against the spirit of disunity, today it is exposed and destroyed, we are a united family. In 2020 God wants to take us to another level. We are all together with one mind and one purpose, success is ours. Twenty five years ago when we were building we ate from one pot, we need to get back there, a united family, this is a great house and we are great people and we have a great shout and we have a great victory.

In Isaiah 60 God refers to us as being eagles. Eagles are the strongest bird, with the biggest wing span but he has a weakness, it is his under belly and if he flies with other birds they pick at his under belly. He has to flight high so as to protect his vulnerable area. In the waiting season we need to remember the eagle, your wings are going to grow back, like Samson your hair will grow back and you will have strength. You must experience a season of refreshing. You go thought seasons, worship God for what He has done for you over the year, you could have died from COVID. But you are still hear, you have been through the fire and the flood but you are still here. I may be hurting and bleeding but you are still hear.

1. From pain to souring Isaiah 40:28-31

Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
30 Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
31 but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.

We have gone through the season of waiting and now we are souring

2. Be prepared to move, from isolation, and rejection to the forefront of the battle, like David. He was forgotten by his father, when Samuel came to anoint the sons of Jessie, David’s father had forgotten about him. What God has promised you He will fulfill it. If you wait on God your time and season will come, from a position of pain to power and prominence. Out of the backside of the desert David went to the forefront of the battle. God will reject others in favour of you. God is going to show you favour, unusual supernatural favour. Why did God reject the other sons of Jessie, they had a fear of the giant, but David was fearless. When you are waiting God will throw a few lions and bears in your path to prepare you for the giants. When you fight the lions and bears God is processing you. He will never leave you or forsake you in your battle He will fight for you. He will not let your face be shamed. Stand on God’s word over your life. David went from fighting lions to being a great king.

3. This is your time. When your time has come, when God calls your name, no one can jump in front of you and take what God has for you. Your name is being called, cheques must come, that phone call must come, all blockers must be removed today. The will of God is coming from the north the south east and west. This is your season your time. The devil thought it was all over, the victory was his but on the third day early in the morning the angel of God came down and there was an earthquake. It’s time for an earthquake in your lives, your finances. It’s your third day. On the third day Jesus rose from the dead and went into hell and make a big spoil, he took the keys, he brought the saints with him and walked through the streets of Jerusalem. Jesus has the keys to your success, the keys to your deliverance, the keys to your breakthrough He has it, the key to your victory Jesus has the key. He specializes in taking keys and mashing up hell!! He is about to spoil principalities for you. And makes them an open show, he shows them off as defeated on your behalf. God is fighting for you, your victory is today.

4. You are anointed to be a blessing. After waiting so long God is going to pour in the oil and the wine. Don’t give up this is your season it’s your time for your breakthrough. A national, regional and International breakthrough. Where there is no word, preach the Word. Be anointed to be a blessing. Blessed to bless others, to your communities, your church, to those in need to wherever God sends you.
