Game #5: God’s Way
Jenny Tryhane seen here at the Hope Guest House our Base Headquarters in Uganda with the children from the local community. |
The child puts on the two gloves one marked LOVE on the right hand and the other marked JUST on the left.
The child is instructed
to say as they hold out the right hand. "On the one
hand God loves us and does not want to punish us",
the child is then instructed to hold out the other hand and
say "but on the other hand God is just"
(he then takes his right hand and pounds his left and says)
"and must punish sin". |
Alternatively the child is given a ball and throws it from one hand to the other as they recite the Bible verses.
|
At the end of
Game 5 the child is given a little Bible verse to take with
them as their reward this verse has two big hand to remind
the child of the two big hands they wore during this demonstration
and a world to remind the child that He has the whole world
in His hands. |
Do you see the problem?
