Founder, CEO and Senior Pastor of Mount Zion’s Missions Barbados Foursquare Church, Involves the management and oversight of four local Ministries and a congregation of approx. 300parishioners.
Ministries are located in Gall Hill, Christ Church, Deacons Farm, St. Michael; Eden Lodge, St. Michael; Rock Dundo, St. James.

WORK EXPERIENCE cont:
2011 – Present Chairperson and Director of One Man a Month (OMAM). A community based program which focusses on preventative and rehabilitative measures for all ages (particularly teens and adults) and works in collaboration with several government and non-governmental agencies. Involves team visits to homes, community centres and the ‘blocks’.
2004 – Present Programme Director & Senior counsellor of the Values Impacting Peers (VIP) Program. Student Counsellor and liaison between teachers and students to reduce and curb deviant behaviour.
1997 - 2001 Government Appointed Rehabilitation Officer, Glendairy Prison. Duties entailed counselling of inmates and officers. The development and implementation a new Rehabilitation Program which included structuring and co-ordinating several workshops and the management of skilled resource volunteers to participate in the teaching of components of the program. Conducted significant aftercare and follow-up with ex-inmates as well as family home visits.
1989 - 1994 Senior Sales Rep. Louis L. Baily & Sons (Broadstreet, Bridgetown, St. Michael). Responsible for the sale of highend jewellery and watches.
1980 – 1989 Manager at Correia’s Jewellery Store (Sunset Crest, St. James). Responsible for the selection of stock and supervision of staff and sales activities.

Served on the Board of Management of Coleridge and Parry School from 2012 to 2018.

Awarded the Distinguished Leadership Award from the National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE) in 2017 in recognition of exceptional leadership and service to Mount Zion’s Missions Inc and Barbados.
Awarded Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (M.B.E) in January 2009 during honors for the Queen’s New Year’s Honors List.
Authored my first book in 2004 “Straight from the Heart.” The Moral meltdown.
Appointed as Justice of the Peace (1997)
Awarded: “Outstanding Woman of the Year Award” from Soroptimist International Barbados, (1998). Volunteer Chaplain, Prison Fellowship Barbados (1980 – 1997).
